Roadmap
Recommended improvements from your reviews, and how Kubeuron measures whether they worked.
In the dashboard
The roadmap answers "what should I do next?". Kubeuron reads your reviews, AI topic tags, replies, setup and latest reputation scan, and suggests the improvements most worth your time.
What you'll see
Each item explains why it matters with your own numbers, how to fix it in a few steps, and a shortcut to the right reviews, setting or workflow. Items are ranked high, medium or low priority.
| Item | Appears when |
|---|---|
| Recurring complaint | The same topic comes up in at least 2 low-rated reviews in 90 days |
| Reviews waiting for a reply | A review has no published reply |
| Falling rating | Your 30-day average is at least 0.3★ below the two months before |
| Slow replies | Replies take more than two days on average |
| Weaker review site | One site averages at least 0.3★ below your overall rating |
| Requests not opened | Fewer than 30% of recent requests were opened |
| Few recent reviews | Fewer than 4 reviews in 30 days |
| Setup gap | No review site connected, or no active workflow |
| Scan finding | Your latest reputation scan suggested an improvement |
Work through it
- Select Start when you begin. The item moves to In progress.
- Make the change, then select Mark as done.
- Not relevant? Select Dismiss. You can restore it later.
Items update as new reviews arrive and disappear when the problem is no longer detected.
Measuring impact
When you mark an item done, Kubeuron compares before and after: your average rating (once there are at least 3 new reviews), the item's own measure, such as complaints per month, and whether the problem still appears. Rating by month marks when you finished each item.
Ratings change for many reasons, so treat the comparison as a strong signal, not proof.
