Evidence-backed reputation analysis
How Kubeuron researches, scores, and explains your online reputation — and how to export it as a report.
In the dashboard
Your star rating only tells part of the story. As soon as your organization is set up, Kubeuron starts digging for the rest — independent listings, news mentions, complaints, social sentiment, anything public it can find beyond the reviews you've already imported.
What makes a result reliable
Kubeuron only saves a scan once it has at least two findings from two independent sources. If it can't find enough, the scan fails instead of showing you a guess dressed up as a score.
A saved result includes:
- a 0–100 score, calculated from the outside signals it found plus your verified imported reviews;
- a confidence label, based on how many sources and reviews it had to work with;
- a plain-language summary, what's working, and a few practical next steps;
- an evidence register linking every finding back to where it came from.
AI does the researching, sorting, and summarizing — but it doesn't get to pick the final score. That part's calculated, not guessed.
Run and monitor a scan
Your first scan kicks off automatically once setup is done. After that, hit Re-scan from the dashboard whenever you want a fresh look. Scans run in the background, so feel free to close the tab — the notification menu shows progress, retries, and whether it finished (or why it didn't).
Re-scans have a 12-hour cooldown, so the research doesn't overlap with itself.
Export a PDF report
Hit PDF report next to any completed result. You'll get a document with the score, confidence level, review basis, a summary, findings, recommendations, sources, methodology, limitations, and a legal notice — ready to share with anyone.
It's built for sharing, but treat it as informational. Public sources can be incomplete, out of date, disputed, or about a different business with a similar name. Double-check the evidence and talk to a professional before making any legal, credit, employment, insurance, or compliance decisions based on it.
