Dashboard overview
The KPIs on your main dashboard, how to filter them, and how to export them.
In the dashboard
The Overview page is what you land on after signing in — a snapshot of how reviews are going, with filters so you can look at any period, not just the last 30 days.
The numbers
| Stat | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total reviews | Reviews posted in your selected period, and how that compares to the same length period before it |
| Average rating | Your average across every platform, for the selected period |
| Requests sent | Review requests sent in the period, and how that's trending |
| Click rate | % of requests people opened, and how that's trending |
| Reply rate | % of this period's reviews that already have a published reply |
| Avg. response time | How long it typically takes you to reply after a review comes in |
| New customers | Customers you added during the period |
'Needs reply' is always live
The "X reviews waiting for a reply" banner ignores the date filter on purpose — it's your current backlog, not a history lesson, so it's accurate no matter what period you're looking at.
Filtering
At the top of the page:
- Date range — Last 7/30/90 days, or a custom range.
- Platform — narrow everything on the page to one or more of Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot.
Every chart, stat, and list below the filter bar reflects your current selection.
Exporting
Export CSV downloads a summary of the current view — the KPIs above, plus the individual reviews in the selected period — so you can drop it into a spreadsheet or share it with someone who doesn't have a Kubeuron login.
