The review inbox

Every review from every platform in one place, newest first.

In the dashboard

Open Reviews to filter, draft, and publish replies.

The inbox pulls your Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot reviews into one single list. Filter by platform, by whether it still needs a reply, or by rating.

Handling a negative review

This is where speed matters most. Kubeuron flags anything three stars or below and can alert you the moment one lands, so you can respond before it just sits there.

When you reply to an unhappy customer, you're not trying to win the argument in public. Acknowledge it briefly, apologize once, and take the conversation offline:

We're sorry we fell short here — that's not the experience we want anyone to have. Please reach out to us directly so we can make it right.

Sentiment & topics

Every review gets tagged automatically with a sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative) and, when relevant, a topic or two — things like pricing, wait time, or staff — pulled straight from what the reviewer wrote. Both show up as badges under the review text, so you can spot a pattern (a run of "wait time" mentions, say) without rereading everything by hand.

Filtering

Use the filters at the top of the inbox to zero in:

  • Needs reply — everything you haven't responded to yet.
  • Negative — three stars and below, so you can handle the urgent ones first.
  • By platform — pick any combination of Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot.

Replying

Choose Respond on any unreplied review to open its editor. Write your own response, or ask Kubeuron to draft one for you, tweak it, save it as a draft, and approve it for publishing. Once published, the reply stays visible right on the review card.
