Kubeuron

Review requests

How Kubeuron asks your customers for a review, and how to get more of them to say yes.

In the dashboard

On Overview, use the Request reviews menu in the top right — Send requests to send and track requests, or Data extraction to download your request history as a CSV.

A review request is just a short, friendly text or email — say thanks, then hand the customer a link straight to your review page. Get the timing and the personal touch right, and it works.

The message

Every request comes from a template with three blanks that fill themselves in:

PlaceholderBecomes
{{name}}The customer's first name
{{business}}Your business name
{{link}}Your trackable review link

A good default looks like this:

Hi {{name}}, thanks for choosing {{business}}! Would you mind leaving us a quick review? It takes 30 seconds and helps our small business a lot: {{link}} Reply STOP to opt out.

{{link}} doesn't dump customers straight onto Google — it takes them to your business's own public page first, where they pick which platform to review you on (Google, plus anything else you've connected). The first time someone you've messaged lands there, they'll also hit one quick, one-time step: confirm their name, agree to marketing consent and terms. After that, Kubeuron remembers them.

Every click gets tracked back to that customer and that request — the link click, and separately, which platform they picked. That's where the click-rate stat and per-request click count in Customers → Outreach & history come from.

Importing customers

Head to Customers → All customers and upload a CSV with these columns. Only name is required — you'll need phone for texts or email for emails:

name,phone,email,tag
Maria Sanchez,+15551230001,maria@example.com,repair
James Okafor,+15551230002,james@example.com,install

Timing matters

The single biggest lever on response rate is when you ask. Right after the job, while the experience is still fresh, beats a request sent three days later by a mile. That's the whole reason automations exist — they fire at the right moment so you don't have to remember.

Staying compliant

Texting rules

US carriers require a one-time business verification before you can send texts — Kubeuron walks you through it the first time you try. Every text includes an opt-out line, and once someone replies STOP, they're marked opted-out and never messaged again.

Never offer payment or a discount in exchange for a review — it breaks Google's rules and can get your reviews taken down. Ask for honest feedback, not good feedback.
