Reports
What a business report covers, where its numbers come from and how to act on it.
Reports reads your own data for a period, compares it with the period before and explains what it means. Pick a period (7, 30 or 90 days, or 12 months) and select New report.
What a report covers
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Headline and summary | The one thing to take away, and the overall picture in a few sentences |
| Key numbers | Average rating, new reviews, reviews replied to, typical time to reply, positive reviews, review requests sent, requests that led to a review and new customers, each against the previous period |
| What to do next | Actions ranked by the difference they make, with their effort. Do it with AI hands an action to the assistant; Open takes you to the right page |
| What's working, what's hurting | Wins and problems, each with the figures or quotes behind it |
| What reviews talk about | Praise and complaints by topic, with topics where complaints are rising |
| Your customers | Every customer in one group: happy reviewers, unhappy reviewers, lukewarm reviewers, asked without a review, never asked, opted out |
| Opportunities and quotes | Where the biggest gains are, and short quotes copied word for word from your reviews |
| Review sites | Reviews, rating and reply rate per site, and how many reviews are still waiting for a reply |
Where the numbers come from
Kubeuron calculates every number from your reviews, customers and review requests, and stores them with the report, so a report reads the same later. The AI only explains the numbers; it never calculates or changes them, and any quote it uses must appear in your reviews.
If AI is unavailable, the report still shows all the numbers, without the written analysis.
Keep a history
Every report is kept. Earlier reports lists them, so you can compare one month with the next. Select Print or save as PDF to share a report.
Creating a report also refreshes the workflows suggested for your business in Workflows.
