Quickstart
Set up your business, connect your reviews and send your first requests.
Setup takes about 15 minutes. After the free trial step, everything can be skipped and finished later from the Finish setting up checklist on Overview.
Connect Google first
Google can take a while to approve access the first time. Start it early so it finishes while you do the rest.
Add your business
Use the name customers see on Google, then add your category, address, phone and Google review link. Choose the tone AI replies should use. When you finish, Kubeuron runs your first online reputation scan.
Start your free trial
A payment method is required, but you are not charged until the trial ends. See Billing.
Connect your review sites
Start with Google Business Profile: it is where most people read reviews, and you can reply from Kubeuron. Add Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor or Trustpilot if your customers use them. See Integrations.
Add your customers
Import a CSV or add a few people by hand. Only add people who agreed to hear from you. See Customers.
Turn on a workflow
Most businesses start with Ask for a review after a visit, so every new customer receives a request automatically. See Workflows.
Your weekly routine
- Answer new reviews in Reviews, starting from an AI draft.
- Work on the top item in What to do next on Overview.
- Send requests to customers who haven't been asked yet.
