AI in Kubeuron

What AI does in Kubeuron, where you'll see it and what stays under your control.

AI does the reading and writing that takes the most time: it analyses every review, drafts replies, researches your online reputation and suggests what to improve. You decide what gets published.

How it fits your week

  1. New review arrives: AI tags it and, if a workflow is on, saves a reply draft.
  2. You review: open Reviews, check the draft, edit it and publish.
  3. Patterns emerge: recurring topics appear in Themes and become roadmap items.
  4. You act and measure: mark an item done, and Kubeuron compares your results before and after.

You stay in control

  • Nothing is published without your approval. The only exception is Auto-respond in Settings → Notifications, which you can turn on for 5★, 4★ and up, or 3★ and up. Each automatic reply is checked first; if the check finds a problem, the reply is saved as a draft for you instead. Negative reviews always wait for you, and auto-respond only works on Google.
  • AI never contacts customers on its own. Review requests are sent only by you or by a workflow you turned on.
  • The reputation score is calculated from the evidence, not chosen by AI.
  • Reviews imported before AI was set up can be analysed later with Analyse remaining reviews in the Kubeuron AI card.

Teach the AI about your business

In Settings → AI, select Confirm your business and answer three short steps: who you are (name, type of business, city, website), what you do (services and customers) and how you sound (reply voice, what you're known for, what never to mention, how to sign replies). Every answer is optional except the name. Explore shows a reminder until it's done.

The AI uses these answers in every reply, message, summary and assistant answer. Anything you list under never mention or promise becomes a hard rule.

Reset what the AI has learned

The AI also learns on its own from your reviews, scans and conversations. Settings → AI → What the AI has learned lists those facts. Select Reset AI context to make it forget them, along with the assistant's conversation history, and start again from your answers. Reviews, replies and settings are not affected. Only admins and the owner can reset.

Set your tone

In Settings → Organization → AI reply voice, describe how replies should sound, for example "warm and casual" or "professional and concise". Mention what to avoid too: "friendly, never defensive about pricing" works better than "friendly".

Tips for good replies

3★Acknowledge what worked, own what didn't and invite them back.
1–2★Apologise once, don't argue and move the conversation to a private channel.
