Integrations
What you can connect to Kubeuron, and where to find it.
In the dashboard
Open Integrations to connect review sources, check what's linked, or sync your data.
Texting and emailing your customers, and billing, are already built into Kubeuron — there's nothing to set up for those. The connections below are the ones you manage yourself.
What you can connect
| Integration | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | Import Google reviews and publish approved replies | Integrations → Review platforms |
| Yelp | Import your latest Yelp review excerpts | Integrations → Review platforms |
| Tripadvisor | Import your latest Tripadvisor reviews | Integrations → Review platforms |
| Trustpilot | Import your public Trustpilot reviews | Integrations → Review platforms |
| Zapier, n8n, Make & webhooks | Send Kubeuron a signal to other tools, or read your reviews from your own app | Integrations → Advanced |
How connections work
Only owners and admins can connect, edit, or disconnect an integration. Each card shows whether it's set up, which account or location it's connected to, and when it last synced. Hit Sync now on any of them to pull in the latest reviews right away — Kubeuron skips duplicates and analyzes anything new automatically.
Good to know
- Google Business Profile access can take a little time to be approved on Google's end the first time.
- Yelp only shares three review excerpts per business — that's their limit, not ours.
- Tripadvisor shares up to five recent reviews per sync.
- Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot are read-only — reply to those reviews from the platform itself.
- Facebook sign-in works fine, but Facebook doesn't currently let us pull in Page reviews.
If a sync ever fails, you'll see a plain, clear message in the dashboard — Kubeuron never quietly counts a failed sync as a success.
