Free trial
You add a payment method when you create your business. You're not charged until the trial ends.
Manage your subscription
Organization → Billing shows your status, renewal date and invoices. If a payment fails, Paddle retries automatically and we email the owner. Update your payment method from the same page.
Cancel
Cancel from Organization → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Cancelling doesn't delete your data. To delete everything, use Organization → General → Danger zone. This can't be undone.
