Kubeuron is priced to be an easy yes for a single-location business: one flat monthly price, billed monthly, cancel whenever you want. No annual lock-in and no cancellation notice period.

Setting up billing
When you create an organization, this plan is already selected — it's the only one, after all — and you'll complete checkout through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. You'll need a payment method to finish setup; there's no dashboard access until checkout is done. Your free trial kicks in first, and you won't be charged until it ends.
Why a card is required
Kubeuron used to run trials without a card. We switched to requiring payment upfront so every organization is ready to go the moment its trial ends, with no interruption in service.
Managing your subscription
Head to Settings → Billing to check your subscription status, renewal date, and — if you've cancelled — how much longer you keep access. If your card fails, Paddle retries automatically and emails you; update your payment details from the same screen.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing renews after that. No email, no phone call, no retention gauntlet.
Deleting your organization
Cancelling stops the billing; it doesn't touch your data. If you want everything gone — reviews, customers, outreach history, and the rest — that's a separate, permanent step under Settings → Organization → Danger zone.
