Yelp, Tripadvisor & Trustpilot
Connect these review sources so Kubeuron can pull in what customers are saying there too.
In the dashboard
These three are read-only — Kubeuron imports the reviews so you can see and track them alongside everything else, but you'll reply to them from that platform's own site.
Yelp
In Integrations → Yelp, select Connect, enter your business's Yelp page (the part after /biz/ in its URL), save, and hit Sync now.
One thing to know: Yelp only shows Kubeuron three review excerpts per business — that's a Yelp limit, not something Kubeuron can change — so this connection gives you a sample, not a full history.
Tripadvisor
In Integrations → Tripadvisor, enter your business's Tripadvisor location ID (you can find this in your listing's URL) and hit Sync now.
Tripadvisor hands back up to five recent reviews per sync.
Trustpilot
In Integrations → Trustpilot, enter your Trustpilot API key, your Business Unit ID, and your public website domain (find these in your Trustpilot business account), then save and hit Sync now.
If something looks off
- Not connected yet — this platform hasn't been set up for your business. Open Integrations and connect it.
- A sync error is intentionally generic in the dashboard — if it keeps happening, reconnecting usually clears it up.
- Reconnecting updates your saved details; disconnecting just stops future syncing — it never deletes reviews you've already imported.
