Business profile
Add your organisation and keep its public and AI settings accurate.
During onboarding, Kubeuron asks for a few basics — business name, category, phone, address, Google review link, and the voice you want AI replies written in. That's what lets us identify your business and personalise everything your customers see.
As soon as you save your profile, Kubeuron kicks off your first reputation scan — evidence-backed, not just a star average. One tip: use your exact public name and location so we don't accidentally match you to a different business.
Manage the profile
Owners and admins can update these details anytime under Settings → Organisation. Whatever you change flows through to your public review page, customer outreach, AI reply drafts, and future reputation scans. Your public URL slug is handled separately and has to stay unique.
