Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?

Yes. Google and the other sites allow asking every customer for an honest review. What isn't allowed is offering incentives or asking only happy customers, and Kubeuron never does either.

When should I send a review request?

Within a few hours of the visit, while the experience is fresh. Kubeuron lets you set the delay per workflow, for example two hours for a café or the next morning for a clinic.

Do customers need an app or account?

No. They tap a link, choose a review site and write their review there.
