In the dashboard
Your star rating is only part of the picture. The reputation scan uses AI to research public sources beyond your connected review sites, such as listings, news and complaints, and summarises what it finds.
What a scan includes
- A score from 0 to 100, calculated from the findings and your imported reviews. AI collects and summarises the evidence; it does not choose the score.
- A confidence level, based on how many sources and reviews were available.
- A summary of what's working and practical next steps. These also feed your roadmap.
- Evidence linking every finding to its source.
A scan is saved only when it finds at least two findings from two independent sources. Otherwise it fails rather than show a guess.
Run a scan
The first scan starts when you finish setup. After that, select Re-scan at any time, with a 12-hour gap between scans. Scans run in the background, so you can leave the page.

Check the evidence
Public sources can be incomplete, outdated or about a different business with a similar name. Review the evidence before relying on it for legal, credit, employment or insurance decisions.
